Purpose and legal basis of data collection

Within the scope of our autumn promotion, you have the opportunity, if you purchase a promotional product, to register for the "SATA universe", whereby you will receive exclusive information in the subsequent months and have an opportunity to participate in special promotions (e.g. competitions).

In the course of the registration, we collect and process the following Information:

Owner of the spray gun (first and last name), country, e-mail address, user name, password, SAL number.

The data gathered in the process will be collected and processed to carry out your registration. The legal basis is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b DS-GVO.

Please note that without the mandatory information, participation in the "SATA universe" is not possible.

Recipients of the data

In our company, we ensure that only those persons who require your data in order to fulfil the contractual and legal obligations receive the data.

In some cases, service providers support our technical department in meeting its responsibilities, for example when sending out newsletters. The necessary data protection contracts have been concluded with all service providers.

Storage period

The collected data is stored until the purpose of the data collection no longer applies; this purpose usually applies as long as the account is active. After deletion of the account, the associated personal data will be deleted, provided that no legal retention periods prevent deletion.
